Design Review and Payment Information
When you enquire about, purchase or use our design review services, we may collect your name, contact details, billing details, property and project information, plans, drawings, photographs, design preferences and communications. We use this information to process your purchase, deliver the requested service, communicate with you, maintain business and accounting records, comply with legal obligations and resolve enquiries or disputes.
We may disclose personal information to service providers that assist us with website hosting, online forms, email, cloud file storage, accounting and payment processing, but only where reasonably necessary to provide our services or operate our business.
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you make a payment, your payment details and transaction information are collected and processed by Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s Privacy Policy. Interior Blank does not receive or store your full card number or card security code, although we may receive limited transaction details such as your name, email address, billing information, payment status, card type and the last four digits of your card. Stripe and its service providers may process personal information outside Australia.
If you subscribe to our mailing list, we may use your name and email address to send you news, updates and information about our services. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails.
You may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by contacting judy@interiorblank.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
