No. This service provides independent professional feedback on your existing plans.
It does not include drafting, redrawing CAD files, creating alternative concepts, producing new layouts or preparing construction drawings.
Reviews are delivered within 10 business days of receiving payment and all required plans and project information.
Each package covers one kitchen or one nominated floor level.
A Kitchen Second Opinion includes the main kitchen and an adjoining pantry or butler’s pantry where applicable. Additional kitchens, separate secondary dwellings or extra floor levels will require an additional review or custom quote.
