What plans should I provide?
Please provide accurate, dimensioned plans as PDF files drawn to scale. For a Kitchen Second Opinion, include the relevant floor plan, kitchen plans, elevations, sections and any available 3D views. For a Floor Plan Second Opinion, provide the nominated floor level and any supporting drawings that help explain the design.
You may upload the complete drawing set for context, but only the kitchen or nominated floor level included in your selected package will be reviewed in detail.
Can I submit an AI-generated design or floor plan?
AI-generated images may be included as supporting concept references only. They may contain inaccurate scale, proportions, clearances, construction details or spatial relationships and cannot replace accurate design documentation.
AI-generated floor plans will only be reviewed where they are accurately dimensioned, drawn to scale and have been independently verified. AI images or unverified AI floor plans cannot be used to assess fit, functionality, clearances or buildability.

Will you redraw or redesign my plans?
No. This service provides independent professional feedback on your existing plans.
It does not include drafting, redrawing CAD files, creating alternative concepts, producing new layouts or preparing construction drawings.
What is the turnaround time?
Most reviews are delivered within 10 business days of receiving payment and all required plans and project information.
Can I include additional kitchens or floor levels?
Each package covers one kitchen or one nominated floor level up to 250m².
A Kitchen Second Opinion includes the main kitchen and an adjoining pantry or butler’s pantry where applicable. Larger floor plans, additional kitchens, separate secondary dwellings or extra floor levels will require an additional review or custom quote.
What if I have plans from another designer or cabinetmaker
You can absolutely submit plans prepared by another designer, building designer, architect or cabinetmaker. The Second Opinion service is an independent review of the documentation you already have. I’ll identify potential issues, opportunities and practical considerations, but I won’t redraw or take over the original designer’s work. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to share any third-party drawings with Interior Blank.
Can I ask follow-up questions?
Yes. One round of brief clarifying questions by email is included after you receive your review.

What happens after I purchase, and can I receive a refund?
After payment, you’ll be asked to complete a short project questionnaire and upload your relevant PDF drawing set.
You may upload the complete drawing set for context, but only the kitchen or nominated floor level included in your selected package will be reviewed in detail.
Your review timeframe begins once payment, plans and all required project information have been received. You’ll then receive your personalised recorded review and marked-up PDF within 10 business days.
Because this is a professional service involving allocated time and preparation, payments are non-refundable once the review has commenced. Any cancellation or refund request made before work begins will be considered in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
